Daniel has done a great work removing a full van load of house clearance rubbish, kept working til late to complete the job, and left my driveway clean and shining. He's clearly commited to delivering a good service and a pleasant person to deal with. I would not hesitate recommending Daniel to others.

Alex came very punctually to do the job and laid down a wooden hallway which I am very pleased with.He also repaired my front doors and added a draught excluder. Alex was patient, polite and got on with the job in a very efficient and cheerful manner-I would hire him again for other jobs in the future.

AJ laid artificial grass, added stones to borders and completely transformed the space into something clean, safe, and perfect for my kids – who are on the spectrum. He really took into account their needs without me having to explain everything twice. Super reliable, no drama, and just cracked on with it. We are extremely pleased with the new concrete base and paving which Mick has completed, in readiness for our new shed installation. There was quite a bit of old concrete to uplift and remove, before Mick could lay the new base, a job we knew would be a challenge, but Mick made it look easy (even though we knew it was back breaking work), Mick’s professional in his approach to his work and has a very keen eye for detail. I could not recommend Dale Smith. Whilst he did a reasonable job removing the fitted bedroom furniture, he did not fulfil the brief. He did not make good the walls and ceiling to an acceptable standard. It was less than a days work and I was paying him nearly £800. He fitted all the furniture into his van, ready to take to the tip. When I asked him to return to complete the job, he replied that if I didn’t pay him he would return and leave all the fitted furniture on my door step. I paid him £700 but then had to employ another tradesperson to fill the holes left in the walls and ceiling, so that I could have the room painted.

The work Mihai and his team did for us was a Hallway redecoration that included: re-plaster walls and paint, remove carpet, refurb damaged staircase and paint, build custom storage under stairs, make good in hall closet, fix damaged floorboards, and lay new wood flooring in the hallway. Mihai was a great communicator especially in the first week as we set up quote visits and went back and forth on what the job would be. He always showed up on time (or let us know if he was running late). He was collaborative and gave knowledgable input and feedback on our ideas based on his expertise. Execution was to high standard (though we did notice this dipped a bit as the job ran over and the team had to rush). Mihai was really flexible throughout, and while we went over the 2 week estimate job time, it was due to uncovering some big un-expected issues (eg instead of skimming the walls we had to take them back to brick!). Mihai talked us through the implications of these discoveries, made recommendations on the way forward and sort out additional expertise to get it done. The entire team was so nice, polite and friendly. Overall really happy with him and his team's work!

I recently hired an exceptional builder Shane for extensive repairs for a house (sinking kitchen floor, sun roof repairs, whole house tip to toe checks, ceiling re-plastering, transform a overgrown garden, etc). He was a great communicator, keeping me informed at every step. His punctuality and hard work were impressive, always arriving on time and tackling tasks efficiently. His attention to detail ensured everything was done to the highest standard. He consistently went the extra mile to achieve the best results.
