We contacted Ben after seeing a drive he had completed locally to us and saw is advertising board. Ben came to look at the job and listen to what we wanted, the main thing was to raise the garden to get rid of the slope that was there as my husband and had a few falls in the garden with it being uneven. Bens work is fantastic and he has gone above and beyond to ensure we have what we wanted. Ben came every day he said he would, even on rainy days to ensure everything was ok. He ensured the garden was safe for our little Yorkie to use on a night time and always left a path way clear for my husband to walk to his car clear. Our garden looks fantastic and we are so happy with it, the garden area for our vegetable plot is now safe for my husband to use. He is also coming back on Saturday to back all the garden furniture that he moved. We would recommend Ben to anyone and will be using him again for other jobs we need doing.

Michael Simmons (Simmons Maintenance Services) did an excellent job on my decking. Roughly a third of the subframe was rotten and had to be replaced so I had all of the top boards replaced as well. As these things tend to come in decking 'packs' these days, the original outer frame was too large for the new pack so Michael neatly cut back the existing frame to fit the spread of the new boards. He showed me why and how the rot had occurred in the first place and put in measures to reduce the chance of it happening again - all within the expected lifetime of the deck of course. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Corey came out to price a garage conversion I advertised for in September 2023. My original garage was threw up by the last owner and required demolishing, there was leaks everywhere. With little persuasion we decided to go down the double block route with a pitched roof that incorporated two sky lights, he even dug out footings to allow for a double extension in the future if ever required (FOC). He project managed all the work so I didn’t have to, all tradesman that came on my property were professional and helped me achieve what I wanted. I cannot recommend Corey enough.

These builders you cannot trust we agreed on work and price I constantly messaged for work to start as garden work and weather getting bad they kept leading me on and trying to convince me to have concrete imprint instead of garden slabs , eventually told me they are busy for another 2 weeks please don't trust these people
