Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work. Everything has been finished to a great standard and we are thrilled with our house which has been completely transformed. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so and hopefully have them back in future. Vadim and his team, have painted the whole house including 4 bedrooms, hallway and 2 reception rooms. Also the kitchen. Very good workmanship. Very honest, and could leave them alone in the house. Tidied up after themselves, and genuinely nice people. I would recommend them, and will get them back to do my wooden floors.

I am very happy with the work they completed on our garden. They pretty much gave us a new garden. They were on time, polite, understood what we wanted and couldn't have been more helpful. They prepared the ground, installed artificial grass, laid the most amazing decking I have seen (not your usual uPVC) and helped lay the garden cabling - all with a great finish. If I had another garden, they would definitely be first in line to work on it - I couldn't recommend them enough.

Giancarlo was extremely helpful, efficient and clean. He left the place as he found it, even refusing to let me clean up after him. He also needed a part that we didn’t have and popped out to get it without an increase in the price he quoted. I have been dealing with trade men for a few weeks now and he made my life by far the easiest of them all. Very good guy and would employ again and recommend.

Have commissioned design and landscaping of the front and back gardens. Work took longer than initially planned due to unexpected delays while installing the fence and a few mistakes in ordering the wrong type of paving stones and gravel by the contractor. The entire process had to be closely supervised and guided as the contractor didn’t particularly display great knowledge of actual landscaping and/or garden design. We had to commission garden design on Etsy at extra cost. To sum up, good at heavy duty jobs and not on fine tuning and attention to detail. Contractor advised on further plant and gardening services of another contractor, again extra cost. We were displeased with the amount of debris left after smashing concrete foundations in the back garden. As a result, the soil was not at all ready for planting and we had to spend entire bank holiday weekend fine combing and preparing the area to lay topsoil. Flower beds borders have shifted a week after installation. Not impressed!

Removed an old vent and replaced for a new one. Was a bit complicated, but did a great job. Great communication. Very accommodating. Protected the surrounding area and got the job done efficiently. Would recommend.

It’s always nerve racking to select a trades person on here that has no feedback but got Modestas to come and quote because looking at the work he has put up from a carpentry point of view he clearly knew what he was doing. After getting quotes I decided to go ahead with Modestas to construct my pitch roof and to then do the facials and soffits. I’m really happy with the work and timely manor he had it done in. He is good value for money, very tidy and will be getting him in for further work in the coming weeks. If you have him in a shortlist I would 100% recommend this guy.
