Charles and his team installed an artificial lawn in my back garden. It was quite a physical job as they had to remove substantial amount of earth to be able to level the ground. Extremely pleased with our new driveway and the brilliant customer service Jayke and his team provided throughout the whole procedure. Jayke turned up on a day of my choosing (weekend, as I'm normally at work on weekdays), looking every bit the professional, armed with samples and brochures for us to look at, including images of job's he had completed and was working on. Took his time to explain the whole procedure whilst putting our minds at rest regarding any questions. His team were always prompt and there weren't any "tea breaks", always ensuring to leave the drive clean and tidy when finished for the day. I really cannot fault Jayke or his team on any part of the process and cannot recommend Surrey Resin & Asphalt Co. highly enough to anyone considering a Resin driveway!

Stephen did a superb, thorough job fitting decking to my outdoor patio of 10m2, and removing all the old paving slabs. He took his time to construct a solid, even frame for the decking, taking into account drainage, weed membrane and drainage gaps, and consulted me on important things like type of decking boards to use and direction to lay them, offering his guidance. I'm delighted with the end result. He worked alone, for about a week, and charged a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Stephen for carpentry work - indoor or outdoor.

On 12th June we negotiated the price and he informed me he can start the job on 3rd July which I accept it. Then he wanted 50% of the cost in advance which I have refused and he said he is trying to get a credit from selco and he will let me know later on. I messaged him again to confirm his attendance but he said he is on holiday and no more words. On 2nd July I messaged him to confirm again but didn't replied and on 3rd July he messaged and said his got another job and he couldn't get a credit and he is not coming. He stood me up for 3 weeks and even had no decency to let me know earlier. I refused another carpenter because of him. Be aware of this man as I believe he is not trustworthy, carelessness and inhuman. Most trade man will do the job and send the invoice and then ask for money. I am sure he is a con man and perhaps after getting the money in advance not turning on. Don't trust him and never give money in advance.

Ehsan was very responsive and provided a competitive quote within 24 hours of posting the job. The job was done professionally and to a good standard. He also removed the old materials that he replaced. My only criticism is that he did not clean after him and left the workplace quite messy with lots of saw dust and splinters from the old wood.
