Ken was hopeless at fitting the doors he'd made They were needed to close a cupboard under my stairs He came and fitted a framework around the inside of the cupboard opening. The framework was so thick it stopped me me taking out either of the two appliances that were inside When I realised that he'd done this he told me that I hadn't told him that I would want to take then out. I explained that I had to so that I could service or repair them. There were also other items behind the appliances which I no longer had access to. He suggested moving one of the appliances to one side but when I said there was no room to do this he rang off. I then spent most of the next day removing the framework and refitting the hinges. This is something that a decent workman would have done, He clearly accepted no responsibility for the appalling error in his planning and I would advise any potential customer to steer clear of him

Not a single fault with Lloyd and his team member. After cautiously waiting since agreeing on the start date, the work was started and finished in such a fast rate with zero faults or issues. Lloyd and his team member were very kind and caring, always kept us up to date with the work going on. Also considerate to the major factor of the ongoing pandemic restrictions. Ollie is a wonderful carpenter and much more! He has a great number of skilled friends who can help him out, like on our roofing project for the summer house which now looks superb! And the fence he built around our newly sited oil tank is just superb. He’s done a ton of jobs for (Including repointing the slabs on our patio) and all done with precision, dedication, thoughtfulness, and just sheer hard work! I recommend him wholeheartedly!
