Eduard and his dad (team) are just amazing. They took out our rotten old decking and replaced it with tiles. I wanted tiles from A specific company and Eduard ordered it and when the order was delayed Eduard was on top of things to get it delivered asap. They were punctual, professional and kept us in the loop. So pleased we found them and already in talks for them to to some electricity works! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

This builder is not honest; he didn't do the work to live up to his verbal commitment to quality. He refused to include the electrical work he had done on the invoice because he did not want to issue an electrical safety certificate. He is not a professional, and we argued 2-3 times about not doing the quality work and left work, giving unethical reasons. His work laying garden slabs was of poor quality; the slabs were moving when walked on. I asked him to do it again, which he said he did, but still he left the slabs moving while walking. I am thinking of legal action against him. I will not recommend him to anyone. PLEASE AVOID HIM GIVING ANY JOB IN YOUR BEST INTEREST.

They are not totally organised and did not disclose their way of working method such as establishment of access, how to dispose of the debris. The way of using parkers is not quite correct which I myself adjusted alone under the deck in the water as they are unwilling to do. They are not quite equipped with necessary tools. They did not honour their contract under which they are responsible for all the structural material but did not honour it. Also, they bought Millboards for me on the understanding I reimburse the money in return for the receipt. They did not give me the receipt but the delivery certificate with the intention to charge me an extra money in between the price they paid and the price mentioned in the website. I appreciate their difficult situation in working in the UK but anyone should be very careful of using them in every aspect. In short, they are not totally reliable, I am afraid. Lana and her partner arrived on time, completed the job as per requirements, cleaned up after them and left the place in a much nicer, usable state. So much so, that I came back looking for them on my builder, a year since the job was originally completed, as I had something else in mind.

Very disappointed with my experience with ZB Carpentry. He came to my house to fit 4 doors. He said he was going to get some tools and then left without saying anything. I tried calling him multiple times afterwards but received no answer. As i couldn’t fit all 4 doors at once, I offered to have just 1 door fitted for the time being. He then messaged me saying he would only do the job if I paid for all 4 doors to be fitted. I found the whole experience very unprofessional and frustrating. Communication was poor, and I felt I was being pressured to pay for work I wasn’t able to have completed at that time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ZB Carpentry.

Once I had posted the work to be completed, Tom promptly visited my property, quoted a reasonable price and scheduled the work at a convenient time. Tom and his team completed the work over two days on a weekend. The work was completed to a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. Tom and his team were professional, friendly and considerate. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
