They knew exactly what to do when I sent them the requirements regarding the replacement of my door. Due to the Grenfell legislation, I was obligated by the maintenance company of my flat to change my front door to an FD30. Tony and his team were very quick to do a site visit, provide a quote and even gave me some options of which door I could choose from. The installation was very quick and the work spoke for itself. I have recommended them to other residents and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

The project required Arnis to design and build outdoor kitchen and lounge area, and install 90 sqm porcelain floor and hot tub. It was easy to deal with the company. I described the job, they provided some ideas of how to achieve the desired outcome. Once we agreed conceptually what I wanted, company came to the property to inspect it, show some projects they have worked in the past and provided advise what would be the best for the property. Following the meeting the company sent garden blueprint in 3D format to finalise the details of the layout. Once everything was agreed the company started work on our agreed date. They were always on time, provided a helpful advice with the furniture and materials. Carried out work quickly and with good precision. Very happy with the job and if I had another garden, would hire them again!

I had a front door at a rented house that was warping in the summer heat and humidity. Brad advised me on which door to replace it with, went over while the new door was on order to shave off the warped door so our tenants could get in and out, advised on paint, and coordinated with our tenants to set a time for installation. He then went ahead and did the job, solidly and without any fuss. Highly recommended.

I gave him the opportunity as I was desperate to find someone fast,and didn’t have much success on here.Soon as he accepted,he was already asking for cash beforehand to get materials.I thought you know what,his company details are online,what can go wrong so I did.As his team started the job, they told me I needed to have 2 fences erected as they were badly damaged and deteriorating.I thought heck,why not,might aswell do it now so I gave him again, the opportunity to make some extra business with us.Again,was asked for some pre payment to get the materials,all in cash.All was finished within 2days of the weekend.Fence looked fine,but the roof just looked like a cowboy job.I didn’t complain,as it was done fast,with all the stress with opening a new business,it was one less headache out of the way.After 1 day of rain,the roof was already leaking,like absolutely everywhere.Called him, and he got someone to come by a few days after to fill in more silicone.(Very suspect job again).I thought fine, aslong he’s responding and trying to fix the situation.Fast forward few days later, bearing in mind the shop isn’t open and I’m not always there when it’s raining,it rained again and it was leaking in some areas again.Whatsapped him which is how we normally communicated,called him,read my messages but no reply. Now he has blocked me.Seriously, how he knows I’m opening a business soon this is how he wants to treat his customers. Simply give me back my money or fix the problem, simple!

After a rogue builder left me with 18 (eighteen) structural issues. Lez and his crew came in transformed my failed extension into a masterpiece. All aspects of the job was done to the highest quality and utmost care and attention to detail was shown to building control needs. They cleaned up after every day and made sure the house was habitable, as I had to live there. Every aspect of the build, from the carpentry, plastering and tiling was first class and their recommend electrician and plumbers were from the same stock. Total professionals. My only regret is that I did not use this builder the first time. The prices were reasonable and even building control had good word to say about their work. Thanks Lez
