Gavin was superb from start to finish for my shower refurbishment. He visited to supply a quote very promptly and at short notice. I was immediately impressed, he is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Gavin suggested options I hadn't even considered - in fact, he came up with a brilliant solution to my problem. He recommended suitable parts and options. The job was completed ahead of schedule to a fantastic standard. I couldn't have been more delighted with the work! The final fitted shower looks stunning. Gavin and his colleague Gary were a pleasure to deal with at all times, always punctual and extremely conscientious. I would give GCCS the strongest possible recommendation to all! We are extremely pleased with the new concrete base and paving which Mick has completed, in readiness for our new shed installation. There was quite a bit of old concrete to uplift and remove, before Mick could lay the new base, a job we knew would be a challenge, but Mick made it look easy (even though we knew it was back breaking work), Mick’s professional in his approach to his work and has a very keen eye for detail. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mick to anyone in need of his services. A very nice job done, many thanks to you Mick.

They are not totally organised and did not disclose their way of working method such as establishment of access, how to dispose of the debris. The way of using parkers is not quite correct which I myself adjusted alone under the deck in the water as they are unwilling to do. They are not quite equipped with necessary tools. They did not honour their contract under which they are responsible for all the structural material but did not honour it. Also, they bought Millboards for me on the understanding I reimburse the money in return for the receipt. They did not give me the receipt but the delivery certificate with the intention to charge me an extra money in between the price they paid and the price mentioned in the website. I appreciate their difficult situation in working in the UK but anyone should be very careful of using them in every aspect. In short, they are not totally reliable, I am afraid. We used Joseph to deck our garden (including digging out the previous lawn) and subsequently build a bench in to the wall and a fence on top of it. All were done to a fantastic standard by Joseph and his colleague Dan. Always arrived on time and completed work within the suggested time frame. Joseph's quote was similar to others we had, but we chose him because he seemingly had a great eye and offered some interesting stylistic advice- which we ended up following and are really happy with the results. highly recommended, thanks Joseph! tom
