Very happy with the end result. Hektor was very clear and informative, sent me exactly what we needed for the job and completed it quickly but with an eye for little details. We have more difficult bay windows and curved walls and he tackled them with good results.

Brady and the lads did a fantastic job building me a fully insulated rendered block garden room. I went for Ellis Phillip because both Brady and Andrew are genuinely decent and trustworthy guys. They were tidy from the onset and even covered my whole driveway in a layer of board and plastic sheet before the job started to prevent and damage and mess. Good quality of work and finish. Brady uses the same teams (eg plasterers, electrician, etc) for his jobs and they all work well together and communicate all aspects of the job with each other which helps alot. Nothing was too much trouble - we made numerous last minute changes throughout the job and he was happy to accommodate them. Job finished in a decent time scale. We're extremely pleased with the finished result and would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent workmanship, took their time to get a good finish rather than rush the job for a quick buck. Caulked the skirting boards included in the price and also installed beading and trimmed door to new floor level after I had hardwood installed for a little extra. I felt Alex took the time to understand what I wanted doing and was happy to take on extra jobs. A good all round tradesman and a decent guy too. Already in the process to get him back for additional work. Very useful to have around when you're renovating your home!

Kayi responded to my job advert quickly, and we arranged to meet so he could assess the work needed and provide a quote. We agreed a price and Kayi ordered the materials for delivery the very next day, so he could start and complete the job on Saturday. Kayi and his team did a great job, even when I changed the brief at the last minute. The quality of the work is first class, and the flat was left clean and tidy after the work was complete. From initial contact, the job was completed within four days! I can thoroughly recommend Kayi and his team, and won’t hesitate to use them again.
