Contact stopped and I couldn't get back in touch. We arranged a time on two occasions to visit to look over the job, an indicative quote had been given. After communication stopped, I found an alternative tradesperson locally.

Hired this tradesperson for a shed roof repair after he initially appeared knowledgeable and professional. The job was discussed in detail , and he provided a list of materials for me to purchase in advance. I arranged and paid for all materials based on his instructions and confirmed a date for the work. The day before the job, I contacted him to confirm timing and received no response. When I finally reached him by phone, he abruptly said he could no longer do the job, offered no explanation, and hung up mid conversation. He has since blocked all communication. This level of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Cancelling at the last minute without any notice or explanation, then cutting off communication, shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer’s time and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this tradesperson.

I hired this service for flooring labor (£180), but the experience ended up being very stressful. While removing a door, the contractor broke the door pin. He explicitly told me he would purchase the replacement parts and finish the job at no extra cost to compensate for the damage. However, he is now demanding payment for those parts and the bar he couldn't initially fit. Furthermore, waste removal and never told me had to pay for it never mentioned : had I known there was a hidden fee, I would have made other arrangements. It is very disappointing to have a tradesperson agree to one thing verbally and then demand extra money later, especially after damaging my property. I cannot recommend based on this lack of transparency and professionalism.

Steer well clear from this company. Adam will promise you everything and give you nothing. I had 5 quotes from different company’s who came out and priced the job Adam asked me to send pictures of the job i needed doing I sent pictures across and said to him 3 times to come and have a look but he said no need and that he would honour the cheapest quote of £750 and that it would be some transformation and he would love the job. I gave him the job as he sounded reliable. The first day he came with 2 others and said it was a standard job. The work they done on the first day was terrible the strimming looked like kids had done it. Then the next day I had a rude text saying I can see you have let the garden go as you are doing 2 jobs to make ends meet and said he would need £200 which I paid he said he would take the shed down and take it away as the next part of the job when I returned home nothing had been done he said he had lost his grinder then he was ill since then no reply

During this time I have also got a degree in Architectural Design and Technolgy at Cardiff Metropolitan University. I take great pride in my work and always strive for the best, regardless of the task at hand. I will always try to have a great relationship with the customer to make sure the jobs are as smooth sailing as possible. My work ranges from the very beginning of first fix carpentry, all the way to the very end of second fix, including stairs, doors, skirts/archs, roofs, stud walls etc. I also enjoy many other aspects of carpentry, such as decking, fascia, soffit and guttering.
