Since Ryan completing the partition walls it basically fell down - I dare not have him back in the home.- If you complain he is very argumentative and sends long winding emails and texts, which we found so unprofessional, also arguing in front of vulnerable tenants. We were so worried we to call him back to rebuild the whole wall because of his aggressive reactions when we called home back the lst time round to fix the door as it also fell off. We now have another company to come along to rebuild the wall.

What can I say about George Cox? A true tradesman. Arrived on time, took great care in installing our bifold doors between our sitting and dining rooms. We knew what we wanted but George came up with an idea to have half oak ( to match our existing doors) and half glass to let light through. We couldn’t be more delighted. When he finished he even bought a vacuum in to hoover up any debris. George is certainly a young man we will definitely use again in the future and we would recommend him to anyone.

Sonny built a new chimney surround, lay a hearth and bricked up a window & door in our newly converted lounge. We were very pleased with the work that Sonny completed for us. The quality of all the work was to a high standard, and he always left the workplace tidy at the end of a day's work. In addition, he was reliable, helpful and friendly. Finally he was reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Big let down. Had booked him a couple of weeks in advance. He dropped me an email a couple of days before the job saying that he is going on holiday and will not be able to make it - claims holiday was booked without him knowing. Unprofessional and obviously not bothered about customers or negative feedback. The least I expect would be for him to organise for one of his pals to do the work.

Unreliable and untrustworthy. Do not use. We were incredibly disappointed with Milo and would warn other potential customers that he is not trustworthy at all. We asked him to complete four separate carpentry services and he started working on the first two areas. Initially he did not ask for payment, other than the material costs. Then his requests for payment aligned with the work being performed. However, after completing approximately 70% of the work for these first two phases, he asked for the remaining payment (so that he could also cover initial costs of the remaining two phases of work). Following payment for these services, he decided to no longer show up to the house, leaving the work unfinished. We have contacted him, via mobile/email/social channels, numerous times over the past 2 months. We’ve also tried to reach out through other means (i.e. his website and social media) but there is no response. We are bitterly disappointed. Avoid!

Alfie was very friendly and his communication was very good. He would keep me informed when he would be attending my tenant’s property etc. He did a decent job of making a cupboard for me and also some painting. I hired Advar Construction Sevices to repair damage to my summer house caused by Storm Eunice. Poor experience overall. The brickwork that was laid in the garden has already started to come loose, and we ended up having to pay someone else for remedial works. We also hired them for separate jobs which did not go well, and some of which are still unfinished 7 months later. Unreliable and disappointing.
