J&O carpenters answered request quickly and arranged home visit on 25th January.Quote was given and day to measure up. Did not turn up to measure replyed to my message day after stating message didn't go through. Since then could not get stock. I shopped around and sourced what I required and left a message on 3 February for them. Continued to leave messages to contact myself with no reply to date. Decent courtesy to reply to communication is what customers want. I asked if they wanted the job and have given opportunity to reply.Very poor would not recommend.

Fiodor is very punctual and an excellent craftsman carpenter builder. The work he did for me was complicated and needed expertise. The price was also very reasonable and there was no mess left all was left tidy. Fiodor completed the work in good time with no problems. I was very please and asked him to undertake further works in the future. I would highly recommend Fiodor and Co to anyone he is very focused on his work and very polite. He does excellent work.

Took my huge deposit and then breached terms of the contract. No or very poor communication and kept cancelling. Then on the day they said they would definitely do the work- they didn’t bother to even contact me to say they were not coming - I had to call them. And then I just got loads of excuses, including that they couldn’t come because it was raining! I am sure their workmanship is great - if, IF you can actually get them to do the work at all! I got my deposit back but only after leverage from my bank. After posting my initial feedback on here I was contacted by them and told how “disgusting it was to leave bad feedback”. No! It’s disgusting to treat a disabled person with no respect and not keep to the agreement.

I withheld giving a review for quite sometimes but as I continue to be asked by my builder.com I have to give my honest review on the work that was completed. Although George appeared as a pleasant person but the job completed wasn't up to standard and for the price charged for the job. Within days of completing the job, the painting started coming off, the door knob wasn't fitted properly, it was fitted very close to the edge of the frame which makes it difficult to turn the the open the door. I have attached some of the photos taken from the completed work. I would have to get someone else over to redo the job.

This person is AWFUL! Came for the job today and bailed out leaving more damage to my floor than before. He has now blocked my number. I have tried calling from different numbers and these have also been blocked. He looks dodgy and hate that he has been in my house.
