Vasyl arrived on time to quote for the job. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We agreed a date for the job and he arrived on time and got started immediately. He removed the old carpet and repaired the creaking stairs. He also tidied up as he went. On removing the carpet he was able to revise in my favour his original quote which I was obviously happy about. I am absolutely delighted with his workmanship which was neat and professional and have asked him to do additional jobs.

I thought the job looked good but I noticed the door was not shutting properly so I had another carpenter to have a look. The inside handle was higher than the one on the outside of the door. The side of the door was not plained straight and the bottom of the door was touching the floor. Nearly ended up buying a new door. This has all now been put correct but the door is not perfect because the damage has been done. My new carpenter also fitted the rest of my doors and did an amazing job.

Paul and John did an excellent job laying laminate flooring in my porch, living room and dinning room. Their work was to a very high standard, gave excellent advice. Hired Jeff to remove old shed, and prepare a new 2.8m x 4.8 m base. Jeff was very easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, the team turned up as planned on time, worked hard, completed all works requested, and ensured that any mess they made was fully cleaned up. Left all the old shed broken up, as requested. Jeff and the team were great and very please with the result. Highly reccomended

Did a good job, was willing to work on the weekend so I could get the it done quickly. Had very high standards and didn't leave until everything was to my satisfaction. Did a detailed design of the cupboard I wanted built and and consulted me all the way. Am more than happy with the finished cupboards and front door. Reasonable charges. Scott did an excellent job in very trying conditions. He had problems with the materials he used(not his fault). He went the extra mile by making a temporary fix and came back the next day with new material and completed the job. I judge people on how they deal with problems/ setbacks - Scott was excellent. The bathroom wall looked a mess following a refit but Squirrell Property Maintenance have done a great job re plastering it. David was quick to attend and assess the job and provided us with a competitive quote. He arrived on time, was polite, professional and extremely tidy. We were so impressed we have booked him to build a stud wall and plaster it in an upstairs bedroom.

Many thanks to John and the team, especially Keith- we are so pleased with the quality of the fitting of our kitchen. The old units were removed, walls and ceiling plastered, new units fitted with a lot of new plumbing and electrics within 10 days. We really appreciated that the fitting of the washing machine and sink were prioritised so that we could keep on top of laundry, and the team were really good at keeping the place clean and tidy throughout the project.
