Very disappointed. When he came to price the job he quote 1300. He said 600 for labour and 700 for materials. I even paid him before he completed the work. He returned yesterday to complete the job and charge me another 180£ because the bathroom door could not close so he had to cut into the frame. I told him he was being unfair because he quoted me a price and now he is asking for more money. The job is not even completed. He put fillers in the areas that was damaged and he told me when it is dried I must sand it then paint it. I now have to pay someone else to complete the work. I am not happy. I have taken photos which I would like to show. He said the door frame was not part of the job.

The job was carried out to perfection. The doors on the log cabin in my garden were falling off but it was not straightforward to replace them as the door frame was not straight. Stan corrected the angle of the frame and replaced the door to a very high standard. Very pleasant service and reasonable price.

I hired this team for a small under-stair kitchenette: plumbing, tiling, reinstallation, and painting of walls and woodwork — all clearly listed in the job spec and discussed before work began. Positives: Neat plumbing and tidy pipework, Kitchen reinstalled well, Site left clean, Issues: Day 1: Due 7:30am, arrived 8:20am, left 12:30pm, Day 2: Due 8am, arrived 8:45am, tried to leave at 2pm saying the job was complete — despite woodwork still unpainted. Painting was denied despite being in scope, and done with no prep when raised. Tiling started from the bottom, leaving a visible untiled gap at the top, for £700, the actual time spent was around a day — and the finish didn’t reflect true expertise. The guys were pleasant enough, but due to the pushback on agreed work and poor finish, I wouldn’t hire them again.

Michel designed and installed all structural internal carpentry from room partitions, doorways, pocket doors, staircases and structural landings, balustrades and spindles, as well as architraves and skirting boards. Sagar and his colleague were of great help and charged a reasonable price. They fitted the fireplace perfectly despite the need for a curly cut out of skirting and an apparently curved wall to place the fireplace against. They were available on Saturday and didn't charge extra for it. They were very polite, punctual and quick to respond. They are decent people indeed, since we left them unsupervised for an hour in our place and nothing got missing or even moved. Thank you guys!

Daniel and the guy working with him (i dont know his name unfortunately) were fantastic. Not only was the work carried out to a high standard but the kindness, friendliness and professionalism of these two made my 70 year old mother feel at ease. We are a female only household and felt very safe and comfortable with them working in our house. The communication was outstanding with fast responses via messaging/phone calls and were accommodating to my millions of questions! They were also very clean. They worked on our bathroom and ensured everything was vacuumed at the end of each day and our hallway and stairs covered to avoid our floor/carpet from getting dirty. They also went above and beyond by arranging a porta cabin for us whilst they worked on our toilet and even got extra men in to lift the porta cabin over our fence. They always came on time 8:30 am and left at 5:30 and came everyday until the work was completed. Do not hesitate to do any work with them.
