Leroy was absolutely fantastic, friendly and kept us up to date regularly. Job was finished perfectly (new vinyl laying down, bathroom floor repaired and new airing cupboard door fitted). Will definitely be booking with him again.

We recently had panelling done in our home and the service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The workmanship was outstanding – everything was done with precision and great attention to detail. The finish looks beautiful and has completely transformed the space. He was extremely professional, punctual, and clearly takes real pride in his work. What really stood out was how clean and tidy he kept everything throughout the job – there was no mess left behind at all. He was also very friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We needed someone to remove the woodchip wallpaper in the hallway and fix lining papers on the walls, there was also a big hole in the wall which needed to be fixed. After getting different people to quote for the job, we went with Dan as he was quite knowledgeable in his field, with a reasonable price. He did not disappoint! He completed the job neatly and we didn't have much disruption despite being at home with the kids all through. He removed the woodchip paper skillfully and repaired the walls where needed. He completed the lining job to a very high standard and also covered the big hole (bonded and plastered) neatly. In addition he even helped complete our DIY coving job by filling the joints, sanding and caulking them. I must also mention that he is very professional and polite. I will highly recommend him for any decoration jobs you have and will definitely be using him again for redecorating other areas in the house. I would rate him 10/10 for the entire job! Thanks Dan.

Gurpreet and his team done my whole house renovation. Including the kitchen roof, new ceilings, skim/plaster all rooms, new tiles and flooring, all new wiring for the house, change the boiler location and fitted a new boiler .. have absolutely loved this team, especially Gurpreet. . The guy is always there to answer and follow up on any work . The work has been completed to the highest quality and really a trusted and a professional team !!... Even after the work is done, there will be few things but you can contact Gurpreet and he will sort it out for you... Overall a great experience working with this team !! ..I will be looking to get this team for all my future works !!!

Resham was great with communication and punctual. We agreed on fixed price loft dormer (shell only water tight), set progress payment milestones, also seen another roof job he had done. • Day1 porch windows were broken workers throwing old roof felt down. • Day2 - Once the bricks were chiselled out for Steels to go in, he said he does not do brickwork. It was evident from drawings provided, site visit that some brickwork was involved to make Loft Dormer water tight. • Chucking old roof tiles into the skip without protecting our front windows even hit our neighbour in head with the tile. • During heavy rain our loft was leaking on the sides. They blame it on chimney (chimney did not leak with old roof) saying it’s not their fault. Velux windows rattle so loudly during heavy winds. We waited patiently 6months him to do right on the issues (broken porch windows, leaking roof, rattle Velux windows). 10m later review written. He saying do whatever, not compensating to fix anything.

Flam was always punctual and completed a great job of building and replacing an existing tall side fence and modifying an internal cupboard on budget and to high a standard. Genuinely a nice guy and would definitely recommended to others for similar and other jobs.

Constantin did a great job repairing a wooden door which leads to the garden. He arrived on time, when he said he would and returned the following day. He was polite, a hard worker, thorough, and considerate of the social distancing rules currently in place due to Covid-19. His quote was clear from the outset and he offered to do other works he thought necessary, for additional amounts (again, all made clear and broken down nicely). I would gladly recommend him and will use him again in future for any carpentry work. Thank you Constantin.

Luca and his team were superb all the way through and handled the job brilliantly. From the initial quote, Luca was warm and friendly and gave me every confidence in the project. My precise needs and requirements were evaluated before anything happened, and Luca came up with some great ideas to maximise the result of the build. The whole process was smooth from start to finish with regular updates on progress. The final result was outstanding, I couldn't be any happier! Excellent quality workmanship and nothing was too much trouble. Luca's team are so good to work with, Walter was an absolute pleasure and was incredibly kind and respectful (I have a young daughter and nothing noisy was done during nap times!). The project cost stayed exactly to quote too. I hope to work with GS Build & Design again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!
