Hi I’ve been in the Construction industry for 20 years now, starting from the bottom working my way through college as a bricklayer, Carpenter, Working over Heathrow Airport working day and night, becoming a Site Supervisor and over seeing a team, onto creating my own Carpentry company, to then moving on to be a Site Manager where I would run up to £5mil projects and achieving good things, in this time I would create my own Construction company work as a Site Manager and have my own men. We have been in business for 3 years two years as sole traders and just over a year as a ltd company. So far all our business has been obtained via recommendations and word of mouth only.
