First he asked for more money for fitting fire doors than he quoted originally which i agreed. Finally 20 mins past the meeting time at the property and 100's of calls to this contractor, he messaged me saying he can't come as something happened, and that's it. Please don't waste your time after this greedy and no-show contractor, he's good for nothing.

Its been a pleasure having Albi and his team build our extenstion. Excellent job done (we had a 32 sq m extension for a new kitchen/dining room and the build was seamless). Good workmanship and genuinely easy to interact with. Albi kept to the timelines, offered good suggestions and delivered excellently. Albi and his team are reliable and provided a competitive fair price. They would be here early (7.30 - 5) 6 days a week and were a genuine pleasure to deal with. They were neat (even covering our drive with mdf panels to protect it from rubble) and then pressure washing it clean at the end. Works included Foundations Construction work Skylights Roof structure and roofing Windows/Bi fold door Exterior render Insulation Woodwork - doors, architraves, skirting Plumbing Electrics Plastering Paint Flooring (wood & tile) Tiling Installing kitchen

I needed some doors to be trimmed, new shower panel /bi fold door to be fitted and some other carpentry works. ilie attended at the agreed date/time. His work was of high quality and he was polite and professional throughout. HIs price was acceptable to me as well for the works he had done . I would use his services again and yes, I would recommend him to others
