Cyrus has completed a fantastic new en-suite for me, he had to raise a floor and install a saniflow unit too. Throughout Cyrus and his staff were reliable, kept in touch with any slight changes required, clean and so polite and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the en-suite which was finished to a very high standard and would highly recommend CV Building and Maintenance. I was also charged a very reasonable price!

Bathroom Fitting- 23 Feb 2014
Robert and his team were great to deal with.Very Proffessional ,very knowledgable and very clean workers. From the first meeting we talked about what materials we would use ,from tanking the bathroom to subfloors and all the finer points,grouting ,siliconing etc We provided the en-suite toilet,sink,showertray,enclosure,radiator,adhesives,grout and natural stone tiles. He pointed out where he would run water supplies to and from...what was possible and if there were any problem areas to consider. Everyday they arrived early and got straight to work . Any problems encountered were discussed and resolved with good ideas and with Robert and his team putting in extra effort to accomodate our requests. Final Result ?? Rarely do you find such attention to detail and craftsmanship. Thank you Robert for giving us a dream en-suite. I would highly recommend Robert and his team..great workers who know bathroom fitting. I look forward to Robert coming and fitting a new kitchen in the future

WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Mixed experience, generally good, but still haven't returned to correct their work. Not replying to my messages or calls for several months and I have to pay another builder to do the work they have not done right. I didn't do the full parquet replacement with them as I hired specialists but they did a replacement subfloor. They did a good job of putting a chipboard floor down. But moderate job of a lounge subfloor. Came back to do some noggins as requested by floor fitters as the ply they fitted was moving between sheets at some points. We agreed to do the subfloor in 22mm but without telling me they did it in 18mm. They offered to add 6mm ply on top when I told them but will charge me for material, free labour, but never returned and calls not answered. They said the building merchant had no 22mm ply. They didn't pre order it. Should have told the customer before installing something else. Work is mostly good. Generally tidy at the end. But communication is lacking. Good price.

Sham and the team did a good job of cutting through a stainless steel sink for some bespoke work. At one point thought it was not going to be possible to complete the job but Sham delivered with a plan B. Took a risk proceeding with the job as there were no reviews on mybuilder but sometimes risks are worth taking. Hope this first review helps others and Sham and the team. Also hoping to now get Sham to quote for a larger bathroom/wet room refit project.
