  The cladding was due to start yesterday, Monday 6th of September. In the weekend, I was told they would come do a site visit on Monday instead of starting the job. They came on site yesterday morning and nothing was said about any issues. They said they would start the next day, Tuesday. I got a call at the end of the afternoon (around 5 pm) yesterday to be told suddenly that there are many problems; not levelled portions of frame (which can be easily rectified), no toilet on site (which they knew about - they knew also that the public toilet is only 50 m away), access problems which they also knew about ect... Suddenly a multitude of problems arised! They wanted more money. It is very obvious that they found another job somewhere. I would classify this sort of behaviour simply as not honest. Also expensive- I was quoted £4000 to clad a tiny first-floor(38 m2) . The overall cladding would be 75 m2 in total. Disappointing.

  Highly recommended - completed an awkward job extending floor joist where a large concrete slab was removed in a first floor bathroom with relative ease. Left all remaining material that I’d paid for which most builders don’t do, cleaned up and will be back to do some more work hopefully soon!
