Absolutely horrible experience. Promised a job to complete in 1 week and took almost 2 months, and then left incomplete and the guy disappeared. Haven’t been let down like this ever before. Constant lies and excuses. Workers don’t show up, don’t have any professional qualification or experience. Basically handymen taking a stab at every trade of work. Workers also don’t speak English so all communication is broken. The main person Marek showed up to the job first 2 days and then left it all to his workers. One of the trade workers was smoking in our apartment, one got hostile when asked not to do something. Upon searching the history of the person, seems like they have started and closed many companies before. I will be raising this to trade standards. Leaving this feedback so others don’t get scammed like we did

Really happy with the job done with our brand new doors and window. We picked our doors/handles/window and Davie ordered, collected and installed. He kept it all very tidy and explained everything he was doing along the way. Would recommend to anyone and would certainly use again.

Paul and John did an excellent job laying laminate flooring in my porch, living room and dinning room. Their work was to a very high standard, gave excellent advice. They were punctual, arrived when they said, great communication throughout. Very tidy, no mess left. They were both very nice and pleasant. Would highly recommend, would definitely hire again. Anton did an excellent job for me assembling 2 single beds and also putting up a house sign and brass door knocker. He arrived promptly, the same day as I requested a handy man, was polite and courteous and finished the jobs in record time. Highly recommend this young man and will definitely be using him again for further jobs needed around the house. *****

Disgusting workmanship still haven’t finished job and doors are disgusting I now have to find someone else to finish job They have left my back garden and fence in an awful state cost me £1200 for this so called fence Well update on my fence these so called tradesmen have not came to fix my fence and it’s only a week till Christmas have been waiting over 2 months for them to come fix it but always come up with some excuse so I don’t RECOMMEND these people In now have to pay someone else £400 to fix this guys shoddy workmanship

Derek was excellent at explaining what needed done, just waiting on the quote now, but think I will definitely be hiring him all going well, then he'll give me a date for starting it. Decided not to hire Derek, so the job is back on again. Job is open again although Derek and his son were really nice, couldn't fault them in any way.

I hired Murray to both floor my loft and supply and fit a loft ladder. While the flooring itself was completed to a good standard, the rest of the experience has been very disappointing. Murray advised partway through the job that he couldn’t fit the ladder he had originally suggested, but he offered an alternative which I agreed to. Since then, however, he has stopped responding to my messages asking when he will be back to fit the ladder. He also left long pieces of wood in my home, saying he would collect them when he returned to do the ladder installation — which still hasn’t happened. If I had known he would only complete the flooring and then fail to follow through with fitting the ladder, I would not have hired him in the first place. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him for jobs that require follow-up or full completion as agreed.
