I hired this team for a small under-stair kitchenette: plumbing, tiling, reinstallation, and painting of walls and woodwork — all clearly listed in the job spec and discussed before work began. Positives: Neat plumbing and tidy pipework, Kitchen reinstalled well, Site left clean, Issues: Day 1: Due 7:30am, arrived 8:20am, left 12:30pm, Day 2: Due 8am, arrived 8:45am, tried to leave at 2pm saying the job was complete — despite woodwork still unpainted. Painting was denied despite being in scope, and done with no prep when raised. Tiling started from the bottom, leaving a visible untiled gap at the top, for £700, the actual time spent was around a day — and the finish didn’t reflect true expertise. The guys were pleasant enough, but due to the pushback on agreed work and poor finish, I wouldn’t hire them again.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I found Steven to be polite, honest, and very fair. He has very high standards and approaches the job with energy and professionalism. I was totally pleased with his attitude and found him very approachable when discussing the works which needed to be carried out. His price was very fair, his workmanship was of the highest quality, and he was prompt and ready to start work at the agreed time. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a high finish for any work required.

Gavril and his colleague Nick were great. Very friendly, got the job done quickly and neatly and tidied up after themselves. My new stairs look great and I think they were good value for money. Gavril was always quick to respond and good at communicating. I’d hire him again!

Phil of All Builds provided an exemplary service for my project which consisted of leveling all the upstairs floors at a house in SW London. Phil's approach was first class and he offered good solutions and practical advice on the best way to complete all the work. I was also very impressed with how he was able to undertake other trade work such as plumbing, which was required for this project. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Phil and will certainly use him for any other work that I require in the future.

Resham was great with communication and punctual. We agreed on fixed price loft dormer (shell only water tight), set progress payment milestones, also seen another roof job he had done. • Day1 porch windows were broken workers throwing old roof felt down. • Day2 - Once the bricks were chiselled out for Steels to go in, he said he does not do brickwork. It was evident from drawings provided, site visit that some brickwork was involved to make Loft Dormer water tight. • Chucking old roof tiles into the skip without protecting our front windows even hit our neighbour in head with the tile. • During heavy rain our loft was leaking on the sides. They blame it on chimney (chimney did not leak with old roof) saying it’s not their fault. Velux windows rattle so loudly during heavy winds. We waited patiently 6months him to do right on the issues (broken porch windows, leaking roof, rattle Velux windows). 10m later review written. He saying do whatever, not compensating to fix anything.
