I’m Craig Cooper I have been a Carpenter for 18 Years. I began my career completing my apprenticeship with a Wokingham based builder carrying out New build, extension and renovation jobs around Reading and the surrounding areas. Whilst working for this company I gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of carpentry including cut and trussed roofs, timber framing, kitchens and 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, this work was always carried out to a high standard. After gaining enough experience and confidence I then began working on other new build and extension projects independently this includes all the structural, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on a variety of new build and extension projects most notably the installation of all the hard wood decking to the new cancer unit at Guys Hospital in London and kitchen installation and 2nd fix work at Sainsbury’s headquarters in Holborn London. I am based in Reading and am prepared to travel and cover all the surrounding areas. I love all aspects of my job but particularly enjoy cut roofs as I believe this requires a lot of knowledge and skill to carry out properly.
