Have just retired but want to keep busy. So looking to take occasional jobs throughout out the year. During the covid period I spent my time doing a loft conversation and built a 45m2 extension did most of the work myself but had trades to help. Did all the drainage and foundation myself. All hand dug as not allowed machinery as planning instructions.
