Almost indescribable how Joe left my house. He is refusing to return calls and has left damage and an incredible mess. Leave well alone, it is not worth the risk. His behaviour and what I can only consider deliberate destruction, has been disgusting and I will be taking legal action to reclaim damages.

Danny has been influential in the redevelopment and restoration of my property over the last two years. HIs worked started with a loft conversion, and instillation of two large Velux balcony windows. the whole project was well managed and, with management of materials and a strict budget. Dany and his team, were punctual, tidy and communicative regarding the design and structural decisions that rrose as part of the build. later jobs that I have engaged Danny with include repointing some of the exterior of the building, stripping and dry-lining the living room alongside stripping, cleaning and repointing the bricks on the internal chimney breast to make a feature. Danny is honest and has a long list of contacts for every aspect of my build, including electricians, plumbers, waste removal, materials suppliers and building control. All in all a nice team and open to a challenge.

Job didn’t go to plan as the finish wasn’t great at all on my new staircase, however I pointed this out and sent a video, and he came back the next day to put it right. Annoyed that the finish wasn’t great not good first time, but he apologised and fixed it, it’s now beautiful !! Very tidy and polite

Conversions - General- 5 Mar 2019
I contacted Ethan Nov18 we wanted our basement converted. He seemed like a trust worthy man that had experience and knowledge, we put our faith in him to do the job! below why this is a negative review; 1. We payed £4000 upfront for him to buy the materials but the materials where purchased personally by the tradesman who told us they did not know Ethan (Ethan told us he had a team of tradesmen within his company) 2. He promised us he would over see the whole job, but he only spent a total of 20 hours at our home in the space of 2 months using excuse after excuse as to why he could not come. (we both lost money from taking time off work to meet him at the house) 3. Ethan finally came to knock down a wall. Once it was down he unbelievably told me " I have knocked the wall down, hope its not a supporting wall, we will just see how the house settles" ! we then had to get a surveyor ourselves to come and check that it was not a supporting wall as Ethan would not answer his phone! luckily it was not. 4. Its a shame we cant put pictures on here of the poor quality of work he has done. In regards to the floor which he "levelled" and "damp proofed" ( floor was wet to touch) and he used insulation that was meant for a shed, the carpet fitters refused to lay over it and we lost our deposit. There is so much more i could say,the work is not done and we have not heard from Ethan regarding rectifying the work after messaging and calling him. He is a liar and should not be trusted!

George was absolutely fabulous right from the beginning. He came out and quoted not very long after being contacted. He arrived very polite and punctual. He gave me a honest quote and start date. He arrived on the day to do the work on time and very punctual, raring to get started. George went above and beyond with everything that he did. George’s work is completed to a very high standard. We had some damp coming through in the attic after the recent storms, 4 roofers came out to have a look, giving us 4 different causes and 4 vastly different prices. Ashley was the only one that actually got on the roof and investigated where the water was getting in. He came and did the job to a very high standard leaving us extremely happy with the end result. We would 100% recommend him to anyone. Fantastic chap 👍👌

This is the third time I've used Matt and have had no problems. Matt also did some electrical work for me (new sockets, moved light switches etc) as he is also a certified electrician - making good (plastering) where required. Will be using Matt again - he's polite, turns up when agreed, tidies up after himself and also charges what has been agreed.
