I spent 10 years working for a medium size company who specialized in domestic projects; renovations, extensions, loft conversions etc. During this time I gained an NVQ3 qualification in Carpentry and Joinery but also became proficient in plastering and tiling. In 2015 I decided to go self employed. The type of work people specifically contact me for tends to be bespoke storage solutions or finish carpentry, but I still regularly undertake most aspects of general building work.
