I’ve been in the building trade for over 11 years, starting my career with my family business where I earned my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in site carpentry. During that time, I also worked for a sister company specializing in woodburners—both selling and installing them—while earning my HETAS certification. My family business initially focused on traditional oak framing, and over time we’ve expanded our expertise to include new builds and larger extensions.
