I have been in the construction industry over 40 years over 30 on the tools and have recently stepped down from contract management to be more local and work independently where I have full control I have carried out various works in and around the home having renovated many of my own properties. This has included changing room layouts, upgrading kitchens, bathrooms, decorating, carrying out fencing and decking works, constructing flat packed furniture and even small garden outbuildings. Pretty much any repair around the home I have done at some point. You can draw up a list of all your small jobs and have me attend for the day, or I can visit to discuss or view pics and give you ideas on cost to include all materials, I provide a very flexible approach as understand budgets vary so can advise on cost effective savings where possible
