I could not recommend Dale Smith. Whilst he did a reasonable job removing the fitted bedroom furniture, he did not fulfil the brief. He did not make good the walls and ceiling to an acceptable standard. It was less than a days work and I was paying him nearly £800. He fitted all the furniture into his van, ready to take to the tip. When I asked him to return to complete the job, he replied that if I didn’t pay him he would return and leave all the fitted furniture on my door step. I paid him £700 but then had to employ another tradesperson to fill the holes left in the walls and ceiling, so that I could have the room painted.

A competitive quote from Robert was followed by good and quick communication and arranging a day to complete the work. The results are outstanding, Robert worked so hard to get our shelves looking perfect- having to shape them to the slightly uneven walls He is clearly very skilled. I would recommend for carpentry work like we had and other jobs based on his approach and skills.

I hired this carpenter for a job 4 weeks ago and the experience has been disappointing. The job date was cancelled or rescheduled around five times for various reasons, including weather, wrong door sizes, and no-shows. Despite paying upfront for the materials (doors), one door was left packaged while the other was cut up and discarded because it did not fit. Since then, the carpenter has disappeared and does not respond to calls or messages. His company phone number is also unreachable. I requested a refund but have received no response. I was told he was robbed of his tools, but this does not excuse the unprofessional handling of the job. I am very disappointed and plan to report this to Trading Standards. I would caution others against hiring this carpenter.

Having been stung by a rogue bathroom fitter, I was very wary when researching kitchen fitters. I needn’t have worried. Paul and his team were a breath of fresh air, they were brilliant. From the onset they engaged and listened and addressed all my concerns. They were extremely diligent, professional and passionate about their work, proudly upholding their high standards. A great team who worked seamlessly together and frankly were a joy to be around. They did an exceptional job - I feel like I won the jackpot of kitchen fitters with them! I can’t recommend them highly enough and have no connection with them other than being a very satisfied recipient of a superbly fitted kitchen.

Really impressed with Ollie - very prompt with a response and subsequent home visit and was very conscious about CoVid restrictions whilst in our home. Ollie provided a competitive quote which we chose to go with and we were not disappointed at all - a really good job, finished the shelves excellently and came up with some creative ideas on how to make the shelving more secure during the project which we used. He was very neat and tidy - hoovering up after each session. I would hire Ollie again for sure.!

I could not recommend MSA renovations any higher, from start to finish mateusz was very professional and very easy to get on with. The work mateusz did for us was amazing. We had an idea of what we wanted and mateusz did better, he gave really good advice when it came to the space we had and really good storage. Mat was very clean while working and always cleaned up before he left. The work did take longer than we discussed but that was our fault and mateusz was very understanding and worked around us and our needs. We will definitely be using him again.
