The job actually got bigger as the time went on, once I’d removed the old wardrobes the walls needed plastering and the laminate flooring needed extending, so a “simple boxing in job” became a nightmare! Dan’s professional approach was unquestionably and his ability to be able to fulfil all of the requirements was brilliant. The room and surrounding area was left immaculate at the end of each day and he was always prompt arriving in the morning. The finish of the work was 1st class and I can’t recommend him enough, if any one would like to see his work, then their more than welcome to view.

Keith did a decent job with boxing in of some pipework... this is the second set of boxing I've had done in the property and i reckon it must be a bit harder than it looks as both are erring on the acute side (vs 90 deg) towards the bottom, very slight though. To be fair to Keith, he noticed this.. and did what he could to rectify so I am pleased. Keith also did a sterling job in fitting all the skirting and architrave in our lounge as well as hanging a bi-folding door that was added following this job being listed. All in, Keith is a nice chap, good time keeping and reasonable rates who i would certainly consider to use again.

I hired John to plywood my new van. False floor and bespoke racking. Well I'm so glad that I hired him! He was punctual, very easy to work with and I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone who wants their van bespoke plywood design and fitted. The end result is way above my expectations and I know that I couldn't get a better quality job anywhere else. Please see the photos for his craftsmanship he applied to my van. He worked extremely well on leveling the fireplace to the correct height and the job was done in great timing. He had great availability for the job and I was so pleased that it was done urgently. He showed me some of his other works and it was a truly magnificent work of art to say the least and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Based on my experience I have no hesitation recommending BCB Building Services who came recommended to me prior to this work by word of mouth. I needed to carry out modest renovation and remediation works on a newly purchased period property requiring many trades; general builder, scaffolder, plumber, plasterer, roofer, landscaper and damp specialist, etc. Brad and BCB team promptly provided a quote and, essential for me, agreed to source and project manage the diverse trades required to complete the work. They are busy but worth the patience and short wait necessary to get the work done by them. The workforce were professional, tidy, courteous and organised minimising disruption during the works and leaving the house clean and undamaged in their wake. The works were delivered per schedule and to a high standard and whilst not the cheapest, the pricing is fair and I believe the outcome represents tremendous value. Brad and the team remained pro-active beyond works completion and engaged actively in addressing the small amount of trivial snagging. They are now my go to for building works.

Unreliable and untrustworthy. Do not use. We were incredibly disappointed with Milo and would warn other potential customers that he is not trustworthy at all. We asked him to complete four separate carpentry services and he started working on the first two areas. Initially he did not ask for payment, other than the material costs. Then his requests for payment aligned with the work being performed. However, after completing approximately 70% of the work for these first two phases, he asked for the remaining payment (so that he could also cover initial costs of the remaining two phases of work). Following payment for these services, he decided to no longer show up to the house, leaving the work unfinished. We have contacted him, via mobile/email/social channels, numerous times over the past 2 months. We’ve also tried to reach out through other means (i.e. his website and social media) but there is no response. We are bitterly disappointed. Avoid!
