Douglas arrived the same day I contacted him and provided a fair quote for the work that needed doing - approx 3 days work; tiling, painting, fixing shelves, clearing garden etc. He was able to start the job 2 days later and took me to get the materials as I don't have access to a car. He then worked through the weekend to get the job done - on time, on budget and to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend Douglas and will contact him again if I ever need any more work doing! Ventsislav did an absolutely fantastic job of refurbishing my staircase in solid oak. The finished result looks amazing! I cannot praise this man's total commitment and professionalism high enough. He is a craftsman - and it shows! Vents worked extremely hard for very long hours, and even did some extra bits to make the finished look even better. I will be using Jig saw Joinery to do other jobs for me in the future and have no hesitation in recommending Ventsislav. I am a very fussy, 64 year old woman, and this is the only job I have had done for a very long time, where all my expectations have been met, if not exceeded!

Andy delivered an exceptional job of building and fitting the cabinet bookcase into our lounge’s wall. The bookcase stretches the entire wall and is built from ceiling to floor very neatly. The wood was cut very precisely and all edges are sharp, which gives a great look. Andy paid great attention to every detail, he is very hardworking and delivered a high quality job on time. Dean has been truly remarkable throughout the whole process. Following the initial visit he had an excellent grasp of the project and was able to recommend the most practical approach to the works while having factored into consideration our original scope for the new garage conversion. It was very apparent from the outset Dean’s building experience and knowledge compared to other contractors (notably an excellent eye for detail). Most importantly Dean was very earnest yet competitive with his approach, his pricing was transparent and he provided a clear breakdown of the scope and project timeline which was greatly appreciated. Once agreed the job itself was undertaken in an expedient yet structured manner. Dean works very swiftly and was extremely dedicated (almost machine-like)! He was true to his word and the project was completed within the agreed timeframe, in fairness with a number of days to spare. He placed careful choice with his sub-contractors and likewise they performed in a similar manner. The end product is that we were handed a high quality downstairs bathroom / utility room with general piece of mind given the professional manner and approach to the work. Sincere thanks to Dean for his efforts, I would highly recommend him for any project, big or small!
