Exceptional service! Plamen demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship in our home. He replaced door sets, installed a new kitchen, fitted skirting and architraves, and handled the plumbing and electrical work for our appliances. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and consistently punctual. Plamen was also very polite and considerate throughout the project, leaving the workspace clean and organised each day. Working with Andrzej to get the bespoken shelf unit and boiler wall unit in my kitchen was a pleasure. I gave him some sketches and measurements of what I wanted that he priced up before visiting my property to discuss the design in more detail and offer suggestions that clearly come with years of experience. Time from quote to fitting the finished pieces was less than two weeks. I really couldn't be happier with the finished units. The quality and finish is amazing. He and his team tidied up after installing the units and left my kitchen as they found it. I'd definitely recommend.

Waldi and Raf had to take over from the construction of a walk-in wardrobe from the last guy who was useless. They were meticulous in their work, working a full day (unlike some of the amateurs on here) and they produced some excellent joinery. Their attention to detail over the construction of drawers was second to none. They even took on the painting of the units at the end. And best of all, they did a proper clean-up of the area as there was a lot of dust (some many tradesmen do not know how to do this). I'm not one to be impressed easily, but I was blessed to meet these guys who were polite, punctual and hard working. I hope to have them back. Thank you guys!

The work that Kite Construction performed was really excellent and I have been very impressed with their service. We had a set of new stairs installed into the loft area with full plasterwork to the surrounding area, woodwork and plumbing of radiators. The standard of craftsmanship was outstanding and they paid attention to every small detail. I have been delighted with the work and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Kite Construction. We had 2 ads, 1 to fit doors & 1 to fit a kitchen. Jamie quoted for both but started the kitchen installation first. We have a 8 month boy & to avoid a lengthy install we bought a kitchen which the cabinets fully built (handles,doors etc). He worked for us, for one and a half days, he rushed the job, damage many parts of the kitchen, misaligning and denting the worktop, scratching our newly laid oak wooden floor & numerous other issues. We had to reorder damaged panels at extra cost to us. On the 2nd day Jamie left in a rush at approx 2pm as he said that he had forgotten to bring tools he needed to install our appliance doors. As soon as he left he typed out an email with the bill stating that he wanted the full amount & costs for the materials used. We questioned the bill and offered 50% & costs as long as he returns to finish off the kitchen. We have tried to contact Jamie & he has stated that he broke his leg & needs time to recover, to which we replied that we can wait. Then in Feb we tried to contact him again to which he replied that he was in Sydney and will contact us when he returns. Now it’s been more than 3 months since he undertook the job. We have been left high & dry with an unfinished kitchen & with a washing machine that drops out of its enclosure when on spin. We have given Jamie enough time (by law) to finish off our kitchen before we take further action for costs of repairing & finishing off our kitchen. Avoid J Hanly Bespoke Carpentry & Joinery Ltd

Sergi was great to work with. He gave a fair quote and the quality of the work was top notch. He provided me with clear options for the alcove wardrobe doors and solutions on how to even a very wonky Victorian ceiling and floor. Sergi and his worker took 2 days to build them in, they worked hard and left the place clean and as they found the room. Delighted with the wardrobes! Worth every penny! The room looks perfect now!
