Ioan was excellent, especially as we were dealing with an issue in a tenanted flat that we couldn't be present for. Initially he provided the tenants with a temporary hot water fix and changed the heating elements but realised that the tank was leaking so changed that for us. He was thorough and got this done within a week. Difficult in this day and age to find a trader you can trust and I will definitely use Ioan for any other issues we encounter in the future

I would highly recommend, Sandu. Not only he was able to complete the work in good time and demonstrating good value for money. He also, worked very neat and clean, he offered great support with choosing the door frames, handles and locks. As we are doing a fair bit of work and had quite a few contractors, we know it is hard to find someone reliable. PBS recently created a stunning kitchen diner for us, taking on all aspects from structural work to decorating. Jamie, Adam, Lee and Zak did a great job and were friendly, trustworthy and very tidy, even keeping plaster dust contained and cleaning up after every day. Jamie was very transparent with pricing and good at communicating on progress along the way, and also very accommodating and adaptive to changes. He handled everything which made the whole process very easy for us. It’s clear he puts a lot of effort in, never cutting corners, and it shows in the finish. Was a pleasure to work with PBS, felt in very safe hands, and would have no hesitations in recommending.
