Marcelo was very responsive and accommodating, he is polite and reliable. I appreciate every interaction with prior to delivering the work. When it comes to a to the actual doing the job, I feel that he rushed it. We have 5 doors in total and he did it in one day. This came with a lot of major issues that now I need to deal with. 1/ The door handles are not at the same height. If you are someone like us who like the symmetry this will cause you nightmares. 2/ Large gaps between the door and the frame ( think he shaved a bit too much the door) 3/ Overall finish is a mess, I ll put some pictures for details. Also he left my XL painting sheet outside and it was soaking wet dirty We are also experienced DIYers, I think we could have done a better job if we weren’t being too lazy. The annoying thing is that in order to correct the above mistakes, we would need to order new doors and at least one frame. I’ll have to live with this for now but definitely something to redo in the future.

From the initial measuring, to the quick and professional plan and 3D design showing exactly how it would look, everything was explained clearly and designed exactly how we wanted it. The work was carried out perfectly, to a very high standard, and the service was incredibly quick and efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the finished wardrobe it looks fantastic! It’s always nerve racking to select a trades person on here that has no feedback but got Modestas to come and quote because looking at the work he has put up from a carpentry point of view he clearly knew what he was doing. After getting quotes I decided to go ahead with Modestas to construct my pitch roof and to then do the facials and soffits. I’m really happy with the work and timely manor he had it done in. He is good value for money, very tidy and will be getting him in for further work in the coming weeks. If you have him in a shortlist I would 100% recommend this guy.
