Sam was very good, a very nice lad who did a great job. Nice patience when we had to push the job back. When there was an issue with the door after it was fitted (not Sam’s fault, was an old door we had for a long while) Sam fit us in to sort asap with no extra charge. Happy with the work, will definitely use Sam again for a future project for all the doors in the house.

Chris came and priced up the job and also had a look at some other small repairs that needed doing. He was polite, punctual and let me know what was possible. He advised on what would work best and after some discussion agreed to find the best price for a replacement microwave. He let me know the next day and we agreed when it could be installed. The installation went smoothly and he tidied up and disposed of the old microwave for me. He also did the minor repairs that were needed. This is where he really was worth his weight in gold - he was so helpful and willing to go that extra mile to get things done. Our cooker hood had stopped working a while ago as the switch had fallen out. He took the hood apart and found the parts then reassembled them to get it all working. He then took some time to try and repair our corner cupboard, drilling through where necessary and going home to find a cable tie to try and repair the broken mechanism. He then suggested another solution and sorted everything out. He is an extremely friendly guy who charged a very fair price and did an excellent job. Have already asked him to quote for another project and will use him again without any hesitation. Highly recommended!

I employed Justin for 3 jobs and had an issue with this work on 2 of them and the materials supplied on another. I asked for a polycarbonate car port. I got corrugated plastic at polycarbonate prices. I asked for a worktop upstand to be fitted which ran under a window sill. I explained that not wanting the cut/join was why I wanted it done by a professional. I was assured that was fine and then received it with a cut/join with no explanation or apology. I asked for a window lining and architrave to be reinstalled. The lining was fixed so twisted that it looks awful, there is a large gap and it needs to be taken back off and redone properly. I messaged Justin about this but received no reply. I am very disappointed, feel ripped off and recommend you avoid employing this untrustworthy and unskilled person.
