Lee was very profession from start to finish. He came to measure up the job and spent time talking through the key points around the design. Lee also explained how pricing would work in terms of materials and labour. Lee communicated throughout and arrived on time and as promised. The work took the exact amount of time that Lee estimated and he works to a very high quality and is a perfectionist. I would highly recommend Lee

Matt appeared to be incredibly professional upon first visit and quoted a reasonable price with a 5 week lead time. Over the next 3 months, other than arranging an inspector to visit to check the work area, I received very little communication from Matt eventually leading to no contact at all. For over 2 1/2 months now Matt has not returned any of my messages, emails, voicemails or phone calls. I am concerned now that this work is no longer taking place but I have no avenue to pursue to confirm this.

Will did a fantastic job on my large bookcase! He was really quick to respond to all messages and completed the work much faster than I had expected. He took my initial idea and came up with great final design. The work was done to a very high standard and he made sure everything was kept tidy while he was working.
