John came across very professional, friendly and genuine. Soon after posting the job he proactively contacted me, arranged the visit to see scope of work, explained what needed to be done and gave reasonable quote. On the day he was punctual and completed the work to a very high standards. He left the workplace tidy when he completed the job and I am very pleased to see the quality of work he has carried out. Shortlisted three tradesmen. Andy was reasonably priced coupled with the fact he seemed a genuine fella. Local to me too which I prefer. Very happy with work and attitude. My wife was at home whilst work was carried out and she commented that she was at ease with him unlike other tradesmen we've employed in the past. Would have no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone and will contact again for other work as it arises.

James was lovely, friendly and polite. He came across as very professional in the way he quoted the work, although I had to remind him for the quote Unfortunately his quality of work was not as expected. He underestimated time for job to do and left paintwork very thin and patchy, holes were very rough and unsightly James did came back and rectify the problems but I was disappointed in the time it all took.

I have had my own part-time furniture renovation and repair business for 15 years. I can do skirtings, architraves and doors. I can assemble flat pack furniture, shelves etc. I can also do gardening. Painting and decorating too.

We totally refurbished our flat last year, and with Jim’s help is went about as smoothly as possible. We did the lot, flooring, new kitchen, shelving and bedroom cupboards. And a year on you can just see the attention to detail and quality of work that Jim brought to the job. He was on time every day, very friendly and easy to get on with. Marcelo was very responsive and accommodating, he is polite and reliable. I appreciate every interaction with prior to delivering the work. When it comes to a to the actual doing the job, I feel that he rushed it. We have 5 doors in total and he did it in one day. This came with a lot of major issues that now I need to deal with. 1/ The door handles are not at the same height. If you are someone like us who like the symmetry this will cause you nightmares. 2/ Large gaps between the door and the frame ( think he shaved a bit too much the door) 3/ Overall finish is a mess, I ll put some pictures for details. Also he left my XL painting sheet outside and it was soaking wet dirty We are also experienced DIYers, I think we could have done a better job if we weren’t being too lazy. The annoying thing is that in order to correct the above mistakes, we would need to order new doors and at least one frame. I’ll have to live with this for now but definitely something to redo in the future.

From start to finish, pawell was professional, friendly, and incredibly polite, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
