Shane was helpful,positive and extremely competent. The pre job discussions were by email to which his reply’s were quick and efficient. He turned up on the day of the job at the time he said he would, he was clean tidy and very polite, with a friendly demeanour. All in all a very nice chap who was as good as his profile suggested, on what was a very tricky job. Tani is a master of the trade with incredible attention to detail. The bed is fantastic! He also excels in project managing larger projects with exceptional vision and communication, and the all-important quality assuring of all other craftsmen on a project; the result being a beautifully executed design with very few, if any, snagging issues. Very excited for Tani to get started on a new project; I could not recommend him highly enough.

We had the outside of our house painted by JH City Property Construction and honestly they done such a good job. The house looks completely fresh and clean now. The team were really friendly, turned up on time every day and kept everything tidy while working. They also took their time with all the preparation instead of rushing through it, which definitely shows in the final result. The paint finish came out really smooth and neat, especially around the windows and front of the house. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and would happily use them again in the future.

Working with Petrit was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. He and his team are friendly and open for discussions. They’re quick, affordable, and help with decision making. Would hire again! Have to say as well, as a woman, Petrit and his team treated my husband and I equally, unlike my experience with other tradesmen who direct all their conversations to the men. Petrit knocked opened up our living kitchen area, laid herringbone floors, replastered the property, installed new radiators, added a built in ladder to our attic, and re did our bathroom. He also helped us match the floor boards from an existing room and helped us source front and back doors for much better price than what we were getting quoted in East London. The painting of the entire house was done in a rush as we needed to move in, so the attention to detail fell down a little here compared to everything else that was done, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Petrit again!! After and before pics included!

Lasha and Mickey were very polite and they did a great job in repairing the wardrobe as well as changing door locks, painting, replacing one of the toilet seats, stopping leak from back of toilet and fitted vinyl flooring in both toilets. All these jobs were done to good standard and they will be coming back in the new year to fit our laminated flooring. They are highly recommended.

I can't recommend Robert highly enough. He is hard working, efficient, and very easy going. He carried out a series of jobs on my flat and all were done to an excellent standard. His carpentry was amazing - he matched an alcove cupboard to one already there and the detailing was perfect. As well as carpentry he also painted, installed a bathroom, and other general building work. He was honest about what was possible at all stages and took the time to come up with solutions when things were not straightforward.

James was lovely, friendly and polite. He came across as very professional in the way he quoted the work, although I had to remind him for the quote Unfortunately his quality of work was not as expected. He underestimated time for job to do and left paintwork very thin and patchy, holes were very rough and unsightly James did came back and rectify the problems but I was disappointed in the time it all took.
