So pleased I chose Karl to do the work. It's far too lovely to call it a lean-to, it's much more like a sun room. I chose green oak for the frame and seasoned oak for the outside cladding. It looks absolutely wonderful and all done by Karl, mostly on-site and put together as only an experienced carpenter can. My neighbour was having a uPVC conservatory done at the same time and my little room looks so much better. It is solid, well-weather treated and will last years. Very professional result from a very professional guy.

Lee is an absolute gem of a tradesman. From our first meeting to outline what we were looking to try and achieve in bespoke bedroom built in wardrobes and cabinets, he came up with great plans at a very reasonable price and timeframe. He is completely trustworth and always does a full day's work. He leaves everything neat and tidy each day. His finished work was absolutely outstanding, and exactly what we had hoped it would be. Even down to the paint finish which Lee suggested would work best. Highly recommended. We have already asked him to do other work for us.

We hired Alex for the job and it started positively. Good questions, engaged on the work and he came to site to measure up etc. However as soon as I tried to pin him down for some dates (10 days go) for the installation things broke down. I got a "I can do it in 4 weeks" and when I tried to improve on that for precision the question was ignored or my messages were ignored. When I put an ultimatum to him today on "I need to know or the work is going elsewhere" I got a "dog ate my homework excuse". In this case "my wife has COVID and I have to self isolate". Current Government guidelines are you don't have to self-isolate if you are double vaccinated. And if you aren't able to double vaccinate for some reason, then really... why have you waited so long to get in touch with your customers, especially when one of them has been chasing your for 10 days? The combination of factors don't seem credible.

Did not arrive today. Sent him a text at 9am, asking where he was because he said he would be here at 8am. He said that he had sent me a text but sent it to the wrong number, which I found odd, since my number is available on your website. He said that the text he sent was asking if today was still OK for the job but I had already confirmed by text previously. I was extremely unhappy because I had wasted valuable time waiting for him. Would not recommend.
