Matt was punctual, polite and positive. He was patient in fitting a new door in an old, uneven frame. He, also, had to overcome challenges whilst fitting new taps and plug holes to existing sink units. The final result was excellent and the areas were left very tidy. I would recommend his work!

Mr Lashmar has been professional throughout the entire job, nothing was to much hassle. Kept the site clean and materials tidy, he worked with a couple of other operatives who were also pleasant and hard working. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and the progress they made during the job. Here is the short version: I asked for fitted wardrobe, with 3 drawers. On the final day, I found out that instead of drawers he had installed IKEA metal mesh baskets! He also got the colour wrong, got the distance between the baskets wrong, and scratched my brand new wooden floor. Also the painting of the wardrobe was sloppy, and the wardrobe doors get stuck against each other. Here is the long version: When I asked why he had installed baskets, he said the mesh baskets were more durable, and that he had costed the job based on them, not drawers, and that he had already spent £400 on material! In other words, either he decided to cut corners half-way through the job to make it worthwile for himself; Or maybe he meant to use baskets all along, but misled me by saying that he was giving me drawers. Even IKEA sells baskets as "baskets", not "drawers". To make it worse: - he got the distance between the baskets wrong! - he got the baskets in the wrong colour! - the doors get stuck against each other. - despite my warnings, he scratched the brand new wooden floor. - the painting job was untidy. So I asked him for a quote to replace baskets by actual drawers. Although I believe he should've done it for free, I agreed to his new quote but he never showed up at the appointment! The point of a customised job is to have it according to your specification. Not that the tradesman promises one thing and then decides on your behalf and violates his own quote.

Sean was very prompt to visit and to provide a quote for shelving in an awkward space, which was very reasonable given other quotes. Kept me fully informed of progress throughout which was important as there were some unavoidable delays, not of his making. Very happy with bookshelves, they met the brief and his suggestion to add oak shelving for a very reasonable extra cost has made a huge difference. He admitted that they are not painters so if you want painted shelving, probably better to paint yourself. I probably would have chosen different moulding for top edge so if you have specific ideas, be clear from the outset. The team were very helpful and friendly and willing and I would highly recommend them for customer service and attitude and general overall workmanship.

Absolute 5 stars!!! Cannot rate highly enough. Hard working, total commitment to doing the best job possible and shared our enthusiasm for our project. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of work is impeccable! Always on time and hardly took breaks. Sent pictures and updates of progress every day.... Very reasonable rates....
