Where do I begin? So Alex and his team has pretty much renovated two flats including external work such as roofing. The work involved was quite challenging as the building has a lot of damp / mould / leaking issues. Alex’s attitude towards resolving every matter was exemplary. He would take his time to explain his strategy to tackle each and every problem in a very metholodical way. I have never seen anything like it. I am so pleased with Alex’s work and so are my tenants who live in the flats. I would highly recommend Alex, especially for tougher jobs!

Paulius and Denys are professional, approachable, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the entire project, and they kept everything neat and tidy as they worked. They took real pride in their work, regularly making sure we were completely happy with every aspect of the job. They took the time to discuss different options with us when building our media unit, which really helped us achieve the perfect result. We are absolutely delighted with the finished job and would definitely recommend. We would most certainly have them back for future work.

It’s always nerve racking to select a trades person on here that has no feedback but got Modestas to come and quote because looking at the work he has put up from a carpentry point of view he clearly knew what he was doing. After getting quotes I decided to go ahead with Modestas to construct my pitch roof and to then do the facials and soffits. I’m really happy with the work and timely manor he had it done in. He is good value for money, very tidy and will be getting him in for further work in the coming weeks. If you have him in a shortlist I would 100% recommend this guy.

He had very good ideas that saved us a lot of money and he was happy to work with me to come up with the final plan. He also managed to complete the job really quickly despite some sad family news, he was fast and efficient and happy to change plans or correct stuff if anything went wrong.
