We are very pleased with the work Kim did for us. Kim arrived to quote for the job when he said he would. He completed the works on the agreed dates and worked very hard all the time he was here. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and has given us a great deal of additional storage space. He cleaned round at the end of every day. He even put up with us making minor alterations to our original plans. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kim to friends and relatives.

I needed the work done quickly as a tread on my outsides stairs was rotten. Henri quoted for the job and it was completed the next day. The work was completed in a professional manner and I found Henri pleasant to deal with. He and his man brought all materials and tools which was very helpful. They left my property neat and clean after doing the work. I would hire Henri again should I need any further work doing.

I had a trace and access job- i.e I had a leak on my boiler condensation pipe and couldn't gain access to the pipe as it was behind a kitchen base unit. Ales carried out a clean access job causing minimum damage to the relatively new kitchen. Following the repairs to the boiler Ales subsequently returned to my property and reinstated the kitchen as good as new- he also created a frame which would enable me to easily access the condensation pipe if the problem was to ever reoccur. He was prompt and worked quietly cleanly and efficiently to resolve the problem and I would recommend him to other customers.

I hired Tommy to install new wardrobes in my flat. The installed job is average to say the least. Tommy assured me he would come back to rectify the problems, and I paid him in full in cash in the good faith he would come back as promised (he said he would come back for a half day to fix the doors etc, and allow another day for his painter to return) 4 weeks have gone by, and he has actively avoided my messages and calls to avoid coming back to fix things. Here’s what I am left with: - Doors that don’t close properly, they all creak and remain open unless forcefully pushed shut - Warped/uneven door - End Doors smash against side walls, damaging walls as the hinges overextend - Almost impossible to use top cupboards as unsuitable hinges were used - Bad paint job – paint all over hinges, brush hairs in cupboards, patchy to areas to doors. Rough edges not sanded back enough before painting, paint chipping off Unfortunately I now need to pay for another carpenter to come around to fix. I would never write such a bad review, but I find it really rude when someone over-promises and under delivers, and it needs to be pointed out that his lack of communication and work ethic is plain rude. Not happy.

Greg came to my house in Wandsworth to install stair banister spinals and a rail immediately it became obvious that Greg is a very capable carpenter and now I have had him hang fire doors, build door frames, build shelving for washing machine and dryer, make skirting board and quote for shelving beside the chimneys. Nothing is too much trouble for Greg he offers good ideas and advice, is trustworthy and very talented. My father is a carpenter (in Australia) so I know the trade well and having been through different carpenters over the years I highly recommend Greg without hesitation - Thanks Greg!
