I had a loft conversion done on my house,I instructed Sequoia Construction to carry out the necessary work they agreed,the whole process with them was first class from start to finish they could not do enough for you.I would definitely recommend them to anyone,the only builder I will ever use is Sequoia Construction because I know them and trust them 100 %.Our architect made so many mistakes but Sequoia Construction delivered their promise they were first class. At the start I found vasil friendly knowledgable and keen to get the job. He Quoted the whole job would take 4 days fand was the cheapest quote received but didn't finish on fourth day as expected. Stated he will be back on Wednesday but failed turn up and said later on he had To go work and would be over Saturday. Turned up Saturday with friend to complete the job. When he said he had finished I Went over the job and pointed out errors such as door hinges missing screws which he responded screws are rubbish instead of asking for new screws he was happy leaving a number of doors hanging with 1 screw on each hinge. Three of the six door stoppers were not pinned in level so the door either kicked out at the bottom of forward. Instead of just doing the adjustments he decided to argue saying I was looking for an excuse not To pay him. Refused leave my house until I paid him and was shouting so I called the police and he left prior to them arriving. Prior to starting He had never mentioned he wanted payment on daily rate until he finished first day work which I didn't like but agreed as his work was good. In summary His work is very good and I would prefer him to have completed the work and do adjustments but he attitude of someone making errors to avoid being paid is wrong. Made a little mess but cleaned up most of it. Would say use him if you can agree with payment terms and snagging on a daily basis.

Rytis came to my flat where he carried out an assessment for a fitted double wardrobe with a built in chest of drawers. He carried out his measurements and proceeded to email me a quote the following day. It was a competitive /reasoanble estimate. 2 weeks later Rytis and his colleague came to my flat and built the wardrobe within a reasonable amount of time to a high standard. They also vacuumed saw dust which was left over leaving the bedroom clean. Rytis also dismantled my old wardrobe for me. I was very happy with the wardrobe and would highly recommend Rytis to anyone who is looking for a Carpenter.

A while since the works have been done, which is the best time to give feedback. I got Fitor to do an overhaul of the 2nd bedroom after this main bedroom. Because I obviously was content with the quality of his work. Where there were snags, he rectified them without complaint. Biggest compliment is that Fitor is amiable and you can comfortably talk to him as a non-builder with him and he is sympathetic to your concerns (other builders tend to be very quick to try an add to the cost or dismiss your complaint).

Patrick was excellent from the outset. He communicated quickly and efficiently, promptly visited and priced the job and within days came and completed the work. He discussed all the possibilities and variety of material options and purchased everything for the job and provided receipts. The work was carried out to the highest of standards and we are delighted with the result. Patrick thoroughly cleaned up after completing the work and took away the rubbish.
