Shane was helpful,positive and extremely competent. The pre job discussions were by email to which his reply’s were quick and efficient. He turned up on the day of the job at the time he said he would, he was clean tidy and very polite, with a friendly demeanour. All in all a very nice chap who was as good as his profile suggested, on what was a very tricky job. Gurukh spoke with me about doing my job. We agreed a price and I asked him to do the job. He said he wasn't sure whether he would be able to do it on the following Saturday or Sunday and would phone me to confirm the day he could do the job. By the Friday I hadn't heard from him, so telephoned him on numerous occasions throughout Friday. The first call I was able to leave a message on his answer machine asking him to phone me to let me know when he would be available to do the job. The other times my call was dropped. Would not recommend him to be reliable as it likely you would be let down like I was.
