We build garden rooms all around the UK and when finding an extra carpenter for our high end builds is always very nerve-racking however when we hired Jack we were at ease with his excellent work and positive attitude. Jack is on site when he says he will be and is very honest, he gives alternatives if there is an issue and is a very hard working man who works at a fast pace. As a company we would recommend Jack to anyone and would certainly use again for local work.

Excellent! And will definitely be using this carpenter again. Fitted cupboard in keeping with an old period house and even matched the skirting board. Looks like it’s always been there and to a very high standard. Was asked adhoc to undertake a further project, Roy was very accommodating and completed that task in a day, again to a very high standard.

I recently had two built-in wardrobes installed and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I paid the deposit as invoiced, it was already a struggle to get the installation scheduled and completed. Once the job was finished, I paid the remaining balance in full. However, within just a few days, issues began to appear. One of the internal drawers does not function properly, there are visible gaps between the wardrobe and the wall, and the silicone applied has already come apart. Additionally, the wardrobe doors are not aligned when closed, the mirrored doors stick out noticeably compared to the others, which affects both the appearance and finish. It has now been three weeks since I raised these concerns, and I’ve been told there is no availability to return and fix the problems. This is particularly frustrating given that the work has been fully paid for. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of aftercare.
