I had a complicated table to work with—old teak wood, old style, scary to cut. For "Private creation", there is nothing too tricky. He did not think twice, picked up the table, and after 2 hours, I had my lovely piece of furniture in the shape I wanted! I was convinced it was not possible to change that table. It was my last try before disposing of it. And "Private creation" rescued it for me! Thank you. Fantastic work, I tested the table today, and I love it now.

I hired Tommy to install new wardrobes in my flat. The installed job is average to say the least. Tommy assured me he would come back to rectify the problems, and I paid him in full in cash in the good faith he would come back as promised (he said he would come back for a half day to fix the doors etc, and allow another day for his painter to return) 4 weeks have gone by, and he has actively avoided my messages and calls to avoid coming back to fix things. Here’s what I am left with: - Doors that don’t close properly, they all creak and remain open unless forcefully pushed shut - Warped/uneven door - End Doors smash against side walls, damaging walls as the hinges overextend - Almost impossible to use top cupboards as unsuitable hinges were used - Bad paint job – paint all over hinges, brush hairs in cupboards, patchy to areas to doors. Rough edges not sanded back enough before painting, paint chipping off Unfortunately I now need to pay for another carpenter to come around to fix. I would never write such a bad review, but I find it really rude when someone over-promises and under delivers, and it needs to be pointed out that his lack of communication and work ethic is plain rude. Not happy.

Jimmy upgraded our two wardrobes with bespoke solutions for internal drawers, partitions, pull out shoe storage, and folding doors. From the beginning Jimmy was friendly, helpful, available, and extremely kind. Very clear communication and reasonable prices. He has a lot of passion for his job and incredible craftsmanship. The upgraded wardrobes not only look stunning, they are solid and perfectly built, have quality components, work flawlessly, and the have a very clever design. Jimmy cares that the job is well done and that every detail is right. It was a pleasure to have him work in our house - very focused, tidy, and always extremely nice.
