Guarantee Period 10 years Covers: Structural integrity, defects arising from workmanship or materials. 2) Roofing Work Includes: pitched roofs, re-tiling, waterproofing systems. Guarantee Period: 5-10 years (depending on materials used) Covers: Water ingress, installation defects, premature material failure. 3) Brickwork and Masonry Includes: walls, repointing, retaining walls, blockwork. Guarantee Period: 5 years Covers: Cracking due to workmanship, mortar failure, loose or unstable brickwork. 4) Carpentry & joinery Covers: doors, windows and stud walls, flooring, bespoke joinery.
