I was a bit nervous about using My Builder again after having a really bad experience with the last carpenter we hired from the site. However we booked Steven and he was brilliant. He came when he said he would, he charged what he said he would and he was polite, friendly and really knowledgeable. I received a quote 3 days later which was extremely high. I decided to go ahead as I felt assured he would be the right person for the job. I emailed him asking when he would be available - no reply. I emailed again - no reply. I contacted him on here to which he replied he hadn’t seen my email. He still didn’t answer my question on his availability. I emailed him again the following day to which I received a 1 word answer saying ‘Ikea’ feeling slightly unsettled. I emailed him again today and he has returned with a disgraceful insulting reply. Telling me he had already replied to 7 of my emails since yesterday. I had only sent 2 and he still didn’t answer when he would be a available Shocking attitude.
