Highly professional. Gave me a quote, booked dates to complete the work and texted beforehand to check times. Turned up on time, worked cleanly and completed the job to a high standard. Gave advice about the job required and gave choices as to how it could be completed. Checked as the job was ongoing that he was meeting what was required. Was highly respectful that the work being carried out was in my home. He advised me on the purchase of door handles and saved me the added expense of buying locks by utilising one that already worked. I am very satisfied with the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend him to others and to utilise his services again in the future.
