Ventsislav did an absolutely fantastic job of refurbishing my staircase in solid oak. The finished result looks amazing! I cannot praise this man's total commitment and professionalism high enough. He is a craftsman - and it shows! Vents worked extremely hard for very long hours, and even did some extra bits to make the finished look even better. I will be using Jig saw Joinery to do other jobs for me in the future and have no hesitation in recommending Ventsislav. I am a very fussy, 64 year old woman, and this is the only job I have had done for a very long time, where all my expectations have been met, if not exceeded!

They turn up on time every day monday to friday and they also offered to work the weekends to speed up the project if needed...... which i did. Unfortunately can not recommend Pav. We paid a deposit for work to start, but Pav was delayed on several occasions. He was unapologetic about the delay and offered no communication - leaving us waiting or fobbing us off. Am current trying to get a refund for the money paid but have been met with silence so far. Really disappointing service.
