Based on my experience I have no hesitation recommending BCB Building Services who came recommended to me prior to this work by word of mouth. I needed to carry out modest renovation and remediation works on a newly purchased period property requiring many trades; general builder, scaffolder, plumber, plasterer, roofer, landscaper and damp specialist, etc. Brad and BCB team promptly provided a quote and, essential for me, agreed to source and project manage the diverse trades required to complete the work. They are busy but worth the patience and short wait necessary to get the work done by them. The workforce were professional, tidy, courteous and organised minimising disruption during the works and leaving the house clean and undamaged in their wake. The works were delivered per schedule and to a high standard and whilst not the cheapest, the pricing is fair and I believe the outcome represents tremendous value. Brad and the team remained pro-active beyond works completion and engaged actively in addressing the small amount of trivial snagging. They are now my go to for building works.

Peter and his assistant installed 9 internal doors 6 of them fire doors so that my house was to the standard set by Rushmoor Borough Councils Housing Department for The Rented Shared Property Sector. The works were carried out professionally and to a very high standard. They cleared all the rubbish up and I cannot fault them for how professional they were. I would recommend them to anyone they are excellent.

10 out of 10 from start to finish! Can not recommend enough. Very professional and did an amazing job with some under stairs storage for me. You can really see the quality in the work, I was kept informed throughout the work and asked if I was happy with what they planned on doing. Arrived with dust sheets to keep everything clean and even tidied away once they had finished. You can really tell they pride themselves on being a family business and so they should good quality, honestly priced and a hard working company. I will be a returning customer. 🙂

Tim did an excellent job. He stripped the ground floor bathroom and created a new shower room with wc and washbasin. He also fitted an en-suite Saniflow wc and basin to an upstairs bedroom. Tim discussed each stage of the job, paying attention to detail and planning to achieve a high standard throughout. I am more than pleased with Tim’s work and excellent craftsmanship together with his positive attitude and good humour. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone looking for a quality job. His ideas were an improvement on mine and in keeping with the size and environment of my garden. The work was completed on schedule and the materials used were of a high quality.
